About
Laser Tech Solutions Group is run by Jason, a 7-year laser operator who troubleshoots diode, fiber, CO2, and CO2 galvo machines through live Zoom calls. Training is custom-built around the client's machine, software, and project goals instead of a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
7 years on the floor
Seven years of pounding the keyboard. Real machines. Real shops. Real mistakes that cost people material, time, and patience. I troubleshoot diode, fiber, CO2, and CO2 galvo lasers across forums and Zoom calls — and I will tell you exactly what is wrong.
This is not cookie-cutter training. Every session is built around the projects and machines you operate. If your settings are a mess, we clean them up. If LightBurn is fighting you, we make it behave.

New to laser cutting/engraving? This session is made for you. No experience needed — we'll start from zero and get you comfortable running the machine on your own.
We'll walk through the basics of getting your laser ready to go: turning it on, loading material, focusing the beam, and making sure everything (ventilation, air assist) is running safely. Nothing fancy, just the stuff you need to know before every project.
Then we'll jump into LightBurn, the software that talks to your laser. You'll learn how to get your design into the program, set it up to cut or engrave correctly, and preview your job so there are no surprises before you hit start. We'll finish with a live demo and then you'll get to try it yourself with guidance the whole way.
You'll leave knowing how to: Set up your machine, get a design into LightBurn, and run your first cut or engrave with confidence.
No prior laser or software experience required — just bring your curiosity.
